Production Process:
Blending the powders: The blended powders are Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and the stabilizer,lubricant,processing improver, aging agent and colorant. |

Cone screw tube extrusion: The blended powders are automatically transfer into the charging spout and then compressed to shape by the cone screw tube and the mold. |

Finalizing the shape: The parison is made of mold that designed in vacuum cooling device. |

Traction: Set and adjust the traction speed according to the extrusion speed |

Cutting: The length is cut as per customers’ requirements and the protective film is automatically pasted. |

Inspection: Each PVC profile is strictly inspected, your standard is our goal. |
